Marty Smith began his real estate career in 1981 as a commercial real estate broker. His expertise is in the field of acquisitions, re-positioning and managing commercial real estate properties. Today Mr. Smith uses that expertise to find value-add investment opportunities as well as create value in properties in the Alhouse Deaton portfolio.

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Deaton has expertise in many aspects of the real estate business. Included in his experience is the development of over 1,000,000 sq ft of real estate projects that includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings and data centers. Mr. Deaton is involved with the development and management of the properties owned or managed by Alhouse Deaton.
